Bring the kids, and let’s go look at birds! A family-friendly beginner nature walk with tips for taking your young kids with you to enjoy the outdoors. Bring your stroller, baby carrier, hiking backpack, or toddler leash-whatever works best for your family-along with water, bug spray, closed toed shoes, and sunscreen. Walk is approximately 1.25 miles on mostly even terrain. We will start by decorating “binoculars” for the kiddos to use on their nature walk.
